We use personal data for other purposes for a maximum of 6 months.

You have the right to object to such processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Processing on the basis of fulfillment of legal obligations

We too must fulfill certain statutory obligations. If we process your personal data for this very reason, we do not need to obtain your consent for such processing. For the preparation, conclusion and fulfillment of the contract with our customer, we use personal data for the time necessary to process the order. After this period, we will retain the data on the basis of our legitimate interest in order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control, for a limitation period of 3 years and one year after its expiration with regard to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period. You have the right to object to the processing based on our legitimate interest.

If you visit our establishment:

If you visit our establishment, we will process a recording from a camera system on which you may be captured, based on our legitimate interest (ie without your consent) in order to protect our and your property and people moving in and around the store, which is at the same time our legitimate interest.

From what sources do we obtain personal data?

We usually obtain personal data directly from you via our website or when communicating with you. We can also receive some other data from our contractual commission partners, eg experiky.cz or adrop.cz.

In most cases, we process personal data that you provide to us when ordering services or communicating with us, for example by calling a phone number. We also obtain personal data directly from you by monitoring your behavior on our website and when reading news and camera footage of our establishment.
