Why do we process personal data and what entitles us to do so?
We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. If you use our website, on which we also use cookies, we use your data mainly to monitor traffic and improve our services. If you make a purchase with us, we use your information to process your order, protect your legal claims and fulfill your legal obligations. We also use your contacts and other information to show you and send you our customized offers. We also find out your satisfaction with our services by means of e-mail questionnaires. We send them to you every time you buy from us, unless you refuse to receive our offers. We use processors, who are Facebook, Google, Seznam and Trip Advisor operators, as described in Who processes your personal data and to whom do we pass it on, to send questionnaires, evaluate your feedback and analyze our market position? We may pass on your e-mail address to the TripAdvisor operator for this purpose. Your personal data is not passed on to any third party for its own purposes when sending e-mail questionnaires. In order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control, we process data for the duration of the limitation period of 3 years and one year after its expiration with regard to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period. In the event of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of such proceedings and the remainder of the limitation period after its termination.
We use personal data for other purposes for a maximum of 6 months.
You have the right to object to such processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Processing on the basis of fulfillment of legal obligations
We too must fulfill certain statutory obligations. If we process your personal data for this very reason, we do not need to obtain your consent for such processing. On this legal basis, we process your identification and contact data, order data, due to compliance with the following laws in particular:

- in order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control; our legitimate interests here are the protection of legal claims and the control of the proper provision of our services.
For the preparation, conclusion and fulfillment of the contract with our customer, we use personal data for the time necessary to process the order. After this period, we will retain the data on the basis of our legitimate interest in order to protect legal claims and our internal records and control, for a limitation period of 3 years and one year after its expiration with regard to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period. In the event of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of such proceedings and the remainder of the limitation period after its termination. For these purposes, we store personal data for 3 months. If you place an order with us through one of the channels, we may keep the data for the protection of legal claims for the duration of the limitation period of 3 years and one year after its expiration, with regard to claims asserted at the end of the limitation period. In the event of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of such proceedings and the remainder of the limitation period after its termination.
You have the right to object to the processing based on our legitimate interest.
If you visit our establishment:
If you visit our establishment, we will process a recording from a camera system on which you may be captured, based on our legitimate interest (ie without your consent) in order to protect our and your property and people moving in and around the store, which is at the same time our legitimate interest.
For this purpose, we store personal data for 14 days.

Who processes your personal data and to whom do we pass it on?
In most cases, we process your data for our own purposes as an administrator. In this case, we pass on your data to our partners to ensure payment, shipping and other details of your order. We also pass the data on to our processors, who process it according to our instructions. With your consent, we may also pass the data to ad and social networks to display customized ads on other sites.
We process all the mentioned personal data as an administrator. This means that we determine the purposes defined above for which we collect your personal data, determine the means of processing and are responsible for their proper execution.
We may also pass on your personal data to other entities that are in the role of administrator, namely:

From what sources do we obtain personal data?
We usually obtain personal data directly from you via our website or when communicating with you. We can also receive some other data from our contractual commission partners, eg experiky.cz or adrop.cz.
In most cases, we process personal data that you provide to us when ordering services or communicating with us, for example by calling a phone number. We also obtain personal data directly from you by monitoring your behavior on our website and when reading news and camera footage of our establishment.
If you buy from us, we may receive additional information about your orders from banks, our partners operating payment systems, such as your account number, successful payment, or delivery and receipt of goods (voucher) in connection with the fulfillment of the concluded purchase contract.
Data transfer outside the EU
In some cases, we may also transfer your personal data to countries that are not part of the European Economic Area.

But please keep in mind that even if this is one of these reasons, it does not mean that we will delete all your personal data immediately. Right to restrict processing
In some cases, in addition to the right to deletion, you can exercise the right to restrict the processing of personal data. This right allows you, in certain cases, to request that your personal data be marked and that this data not be subject to any further processing operations - in this case, not forever (as in the case of the right of erasure), but for a limited period of time. We must restrict the processing of personal data if:

In the case of marketing activities, we will stop processing your personal data without further ado; in other cases, we will do so unless we have compelling reasons to proceed with such processing.
The right to lodge a complaint
The exercise of rights in the above manner does not affect your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. You can exercise this right in particular if you believe that we are processing your personal data unauthorizedly or in violation of generally binding legal regulations. We will process your request without undue delay, but within a maximum of one month. In exceptional cases, especially due to the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by another two months. We will of course inform you about such a possible extension and its justification.
