FOR GENERAL LUBRICATION:
Apply short doses to components - chains, cables, gear levers and derailleurs.
FOR QUICK AND EASY CHAIN CLEANING:
1, To loosen dirt - for easy use, shift the chain to the center of the cassette / multi-wheel.
2, Spray grease directly on the chain along its entire length (find the quick coupler, turn the cranks and watch it).
3, Rotate the chain for about 30 seconds to work in the product.
4, Continue to turn the chain and wipe off any dirt and excess product with a cloth or paper towel.
Handy tip: Avoid spraying on the brakes and brake surfaces.
